I just wanted to leave a review on my update using the Skin Clarity Complex for a month now! I started off with inflamed, red cystic acne all over my face. In all honestly I’d avoid leaving my house - it affected my mental health so badly. I suffered from both bacterial and hormonal acne and knew the problem was my gut health. I’m not good at taking multiple vitamin tablets at once so this was perfect for me! Within a week my acne started to calm down. It’s been a month now and my skins doing so much better than before - my breakouts have reduced and any issues I was having with my gut seemed to have calmed down. I still have a long way to go in terms of hyperpigmentation but will try out more products from Monday Muse to tackle this
